Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bar Back to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Bar Back, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of service quality and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and food and beverage service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish all beverage, ice, supplies, and condiments at service areas and bars, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and supplies are readily available.
  • Assist bartenders and servers in setting up, cleaning, and maintaining all bars and food and beverage service areas, ensuring that they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock all stations, bars, and storerooms at closing shift, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following the Purpose and Value Model at all times, ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work effectively with other employees, vendors, and guests to provide quality, efficient service, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, as well as the Company's Internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior work experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and manage inventory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
