Job Title: B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at State Affairs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within target markets, focusing on SMBs and mid-sized companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and position our platform as a solution.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the State Affairs platform to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer outreach.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position State Affairs in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on SMBs and mid-sized companies.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience from a large enterprise sales organisation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
