Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Specialist at Juut Midwest, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests upon arrival, check-in guests, and offer add-on appointments available following guest's scheduled appointment.
  • Front Desk Operations: Perform confirmation calls to guests, check out guests, and answer incoming guest calls.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Maintain product knowledge, stock retail shelves, and clean retail shelves on a regular basis.
  • Salon Maintenance: Clean bathrooms, restock supplies and containers, and maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
  • Artist and Therapist Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, distribute gratuities, and handle cash transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
