Sales Professional

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tradesmen International has established itself as a leader in labor support services. As an Entry Level Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping contractors improve their workforce productivity while reducing labor costs and recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine customer service mindset. Prior sales experience is not required, but a strong desire to succeed and grow with our company is essential.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can build and foster strong business relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Routinely coaching and managing Field Employees
- Delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our Clients
- Prospecting, cold calling, and canvassing within your set territory to manage current Clients as well as develop new business
- Conducting safety walkouts with Field Employees and reviewing safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction through regular check-ins and issue resolution
- Collaborating with Colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication
In addition to a competitive annual salary ($55,000 - $65,000), you will also receive uncapped commission, monthly auto reimbursement, company matched 401(k), paid vacation, sick time, holidays, medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
