We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Sales Development Professional to join our team at Auto-Chlor System in Madison, WI.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work as a Service Technician with a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. As a Route Service and Sales Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, optimizing the cleanliness and efficiency of operations, and contributing to the company's mission of making the nation cleaner, safer, and healthier.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct Route Deliveries: Safely and efficiently deliver products and services to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
- Maintain Equipment and Vehicles: Ensure that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced to meet company standards.
- Analyze and Improve Operations: Identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor results to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Skillset: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license, commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required based on location and type of equipment.
- Competitive Pay: $23/hour, with overtime opportunities.
