Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide ongoing support to our Verizon Sales Consultants. Ideal candidates will be innovative and analytical, aiming to enhance existing processes and methods. You should be open to feedback to boost productivity.

  3. Address customer inquiries via phone and text
  4. Support the sales team by generating leads
