Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through personalized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty

Offer personalized financial solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer

Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to accurately enter data and maintain accurate records

Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, and other computer systems
