Job Title: Customer Engagement Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Representative to join our team at Pivotal Academy. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers through direct communication
  • Address customer inquiries, provide information about our clients' products or services, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Personalize interactions to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual customers
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist customers in understanding how products or services can meet their needs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
  • Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple interactions and follow-ups efficiently
  • At least some experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
