  2. Review daily hospital census and identify opportunities for improvement
  3. Communicate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and patients to facilitate effective care coordination
  4. Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  5. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
