Seeking a skilled Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our nursing unit team at UCI Health. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing various clerical support functions, including reception duties, collecting and compiling patient data, assembling medical records, and assisting with patient admission/discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including reception duties, data collection, and record assembly.
  • Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare teams, as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • The ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire (issued by the AHA).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $64,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
