This will involve demonstrating outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

**Basic Qualifications**

• 5+ years of experience as a program manager delivering data-focused projects

• Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action

• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies

• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

• Solid history of working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch

• Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Workplace products

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Prior experience in the financial services industry

• Proven track record of delivering projects across heavily matrixed organizations

• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Tableau
