Job Description

The Development Manager (Renewables) will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Managing the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to commercial operation.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team and external consultants to evaluate site layouts, technology options, and project schedules.
  • Conducting due diligence on development-stage projects and portfolio acquisitions.
  • Managing external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns and property tax abatement efforts.
  • Preparing project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses.

Our client is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. The successful applicant will have a minimum of three years' experience in the renewable energy industry, with direct experience in utility-scale solar, storage, or wind projects.
