Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Manager for Inside Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to communicate with targeted niche lists using motivation-specific scripting
  • Determine through qualifying, whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer sale of their property
  • Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist
  • Follow-up on leads using team standards with the goal of scheduling appointments
  • Manage call lists and database entries/updates daily within our CRM system
  • Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using the KPI dashboard

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills and CRM experience (REsimpli, SmrtPhone)
  • Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • One to three years of service, sales, and/or management experience
  • Real Estate experience a huge plus
