Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Incoming Calls: Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, addressing questions and offering solutions.
Policy Customization: Develop and propose insurance plans specifically designed for each client's individual requirements.
Cross-Selling: Recognize opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Relationship Development: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Ongoing Education: Remain updated on industry trends and changes to offer informed guidance.
Qualifications
Licensing: Must possess an active insurance license in Washington State or be licensed in another state with a non-resident endorsement to operate in Washington.
Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
