Key Responsibilities
- Establish lasting relationships and create loyal customers by assisting them in vehicle selection through thoughtful questioning and attentive listening.
- Become the authority on our vehicles. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.
- Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.
- Experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant is preferred.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
- Eager to quickly learn the intricacies of our product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
