Key Responsibilities
  • Establish lasting relationships and create loyal customers by assisting them in vehicle selection through thoughtful questioning and attentive listening.
  • Become the authority on our vehicles. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.
Qualifications
  • Experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant is preferred.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Eager to quickly learn the intricacies of our product offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Compensation range: $34,000-$200,000 annually
