About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Oracle NetSuite. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing NetSuite customers to ensure the continued adoption and expansion of our cloud-based business operations system.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with existing NetSuite customers to ensure continued adoption and expansion of our cloud-based business operations system
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly quota objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, consulting, and support, to uncover customer needs and develop solutions
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience
  • Strong understanding of Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
