Customer Service Liaison

This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between the Inspector Coordinator and the Customer, ensuring seamless day-to-day customer relations. The successful candidate will coordinate with customers to ensure that Company personnel and resources meet job requirements as communicated by the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Function as the Company's representative to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Camin Cargo's performance.
- Communicate with customers regarding information relating to field measurements, lab testing, and job progress updates.
- Develop and recommend solutions to unusual customer demands and requirements that advance the Company's business interests and satisfy the customer.
- Review and evaluate customer nominations for completeness and accuracy, ensuring the Company's ability to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Inspector Coordinator or Laboratory Coordinator to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed on time.
- Receive, analyze, compile, and verify data resulting from field measurements and laboratory testing, preparing or supervising the preparation of applicable reports for the customer.
- Exercise authority and discretion to resolve customer complaints in a fiscally responsible manner, using superior negotiating and customer relations skills.
- Interpret, administer, and apply Company policies to resolve disputes or customer dissatisfaction.
- Identify root causes of quality system problems and use good judgment to independently troubleshoot, initiate, recommend, and/or implement timely solutions.
- Perform or share scheduling and job assignment duties during non-working hours, weekends, and holidays.
- This position will be in an office setting, but field work may be required.
- Ability to occasionally lift up-to-50 pounds, push & pull, reach overhead, stoop & squat, and wear protective equipment if required.
