Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and provide timely assistance to customers.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Assist with customer orders, refunds, and license questions/problems.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
