Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Outreach Associate to join our team at SSM Services, inc. As a key member of our Customer Outreach division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current customers and potential new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless interactions between customers and our team.
- Research and resolve client issues through collaboration with other Customer Service Representatives.
- Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Able to work a full-time schedule.
- Demonstrated consistency in achieving and exceeding goals.
