About the Role

Ambu is a global medical device company that develops, produces, and sells innovative solutions for healthcare professionals. We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth in the assigned regional territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert new and competitive accounts, while expanding utilization in current accounts.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue and achieve targets, utilizing data from CRM (Salesforce) daily.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical publications to demonstrate expertise in the Ambu sales process.
  • Collaborate with counterparts from all Ambu business units to drive growth and market share.
  • Travel daily in the territory to client locations, maximizing potential while operating efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in complex sales environments (B2B) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, persistent, resilient, and highly self-motivated to pursue new business.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver's license.
