Onboarding Operations Coordinator

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless transition for new hires into the organization. Your primary focus will be to support candidates and hiring managers throughout the pre-employment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process, from the acceptance of an offer to the new employee's initial weeks.
- Oversee the background verification process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and collaboration with various internal teams.
- Provide adaptable support across the HR Solutions team to manage workloads effectively and ensure continuity of operations.
- Possess a strong understanding of HR technology and data structures, along with the implications of transaction processing.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and training materials for the onboarding team and stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain productivity and quality levels in alignment with departmental standards.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related analytical field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all employee information.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and precision.
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Full-time, Contract
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
40 hours per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding is required.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, or ServiceNow is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
