Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our sales and marketing functions. This position is crucial for delivering essential support to both departments, managing vital tasks with accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Organize schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage correspondence for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, monitor sales and marketing metrics, and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Marketing Assistance: Aid in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, oversee social media accounts, and organize events, promotions, and website updates.
  • Sales Support: Facilitate lead generation, prepare sales proposals and presentations, and monitor sales progress.
  • Communication: Enhance effective communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Client Service: Address customer inquiries and manage post-sale support issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of all sales and marketing documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Required Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage schedules and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Data Management: Proficient in database management, metrics tracking, and report generation, with familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, experience with marketing tools, and familiarity with social media platforms and web-based tools.
  • Sales Support: Skills in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and tracking sales progress, along with knowledge of sales processes and CRM.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interdepartmental liaison.
  • Client Service: Professionalism and efficiency in addressing customer inquiries and post-sale support.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in documentation and marketing materials.
  • Project Coordination: Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRMs, web platforms, analytics, email automation, and lead databases is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role, particularly in sales or marketing, is highly advantageous.
