Job Summary:

The Patient Service Specialist is a vital member of our clinical team, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. As a key contributor to delivering high-quality customer service, this role requires a strong focus on patient satisfaction and a commitment to ensuring seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to patients, families, and care teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office.
  • Assist with daily activities, including patient flow and clinical support, under the direction of a provider.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent required; coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience required; experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred.
