Clinical Nurse Specialist

The Clinical Nurse Specialist at Cone Health delivers high-quality patient care and ensures positive patient outcomes through the application of nursing knowledge and skills. This role promotes professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure effective care planning and coordination.
• Analyze patient information to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced patient outcomes.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care.
Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (required)
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
Licensure/Certification:
• Registered Nurse license (required)
• BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider (required)
