Job Summary

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team in Burlington, VT. This is an on-site opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $20.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, including follow-up and confirmation.
  • Check in clients, verify eligibility, and educate clients on billing, insurance policies, and intake procedures.
  • Support operations-related projects, including chart reviews, Quality Improvement (QI) Projects, and accreditation tasks.
  • Assist with office inventory management and ordering supplies.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree
  • Two years of administrative office support experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic health records preferred
  • High level of discretion and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards
