We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at the Fulton County Board of Health. As a PH Registered Nurse 3, you will provide professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies, and procedures. You will focus on the prevention of illness, injury, or disability, the promotion of health, and the maintenance of the health of populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provides professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Focuses on the prevention of illness, injury, or disability, the promotion of health, and the maintenance of the health of populations.
- Cares for populations with special needs during disasters/emergencies and biological and chemical protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- One year of PHN experience.
- Current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- CPR certification.
