Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Foundation Drill Rig Operators to work out of our Little Elm, TX shop, supporting projects across the Central US region.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

This role involves operating, inspecting, and maintaining various types of foundation drilling equipment, including Watson, CZM, IMT, Soilmec, and more. Key responsibilities include:

  • Excavation of drilled shafts (dry hole, slurry excavation, rock excavation)
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues efficiently and analytically

To succeed, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in drilled shaft construction or similar roles. Additionally, we value team players with a strong work ethic, Get-it-done attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Compensation Package
