Job Description

As a Shotcrete Nozzleman, you are a vital member of our team responsible for running drills, shooting shotcrete, and mentoring new team members. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, taking pride in your daily accomplishments and contributing to the development of safe infrastructure for communities and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and spray shotcrete or grout, operate pumps, and run hoses
  • Operate rock drills (Cammachio, KIemm, Casagrande, Fraste) and heavy equipment such as excavators, all-terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders
  • Determine measurements and maintain a clean construction site
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • At least one year of shotcrete experience required
  • Prior drilling experience and heavy equipment operation experience
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in various climates
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm to work with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Class A CDL and Nozzleman certification (ACI Certification)

Work Environment:

The work environment is characterized by varying climates, moderate noise levels, and exposure to construction site hazards.

Travel and Accommodations:

Significant travel is required in the Eastern US (East of the Mississippi River). Employees work a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule.
