About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Project Manager to join our digital team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic global environment. A deep understanding of IT systems, networks, applications, and security controls is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT Projects: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large IT projects across different business units.
  • Post-Acquisition Integration: Support the IT integration process for newly acquired businesses, ensuring the smooth transition of IT systems, networks, applications, and security controls.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery, and work proactively to mitigate these risks.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT projects comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and internal security protocols.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
