The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate would have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if deemed necessary
- Conducting day-to-day operation of the business office, including managing budgets, records, and preparing monthly billing statements for each resident
- Maintaining vital statistics within the facility (census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, etc.)
- Monitoring and managing the accounts receivables collection process
- Verifying Resident Trust is accurately reported
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant experience working in a long-term care environment
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
