Key Responsibilities:
Entering estimates into the Point of Sale (POS) system

Acquiring materials

Providing customer support

Processing Orders and Billing

Managing Accounts Receivable

Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with Invoicing Systems

Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems

Proficiency in Word Processing Software

Experience with Spreadsheet and Internet Applications

Strong communication abilities

Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

Professional demeanor in phone and email communications

Ability to address common customer inquiries

Skill in identifying issues, gathering information, establishing facts, and drawing logical conclusions
