Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving B2B sales growth within a designated territory. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to increase merchandise, equipment, and service sales with existing customers, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals through effective execution of sales initiatives and programs.
  • Direct sales activities within the territory, coordinating team selling efforts to meet the complex needs of a rapidly changing industry and customer base.
  • Develop and manage Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales in a specific territory, requiring face-to-face consultative contact with every customer and regular customer business reviews.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies using company programs, tools, and initiatives to increase market share in Merchandise, Equipment, Service, and Henry Schein Solutions.
  • Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training programs, and industry events to promote event selling and deepen customer relationships.

Minimum Work Experience

At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred

Preferred Education

Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline

Travel / Physical Demands

This position requires extensive travel within a specific geographic territory assignment. No special physical demands required.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $60,000. This role is eligible for a bonus/incentive, subject to the achievement of the plan.
