About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Compliance Manager to join our team at Saint Joseph Parenting Center. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of data and ensuring compliance with all grant obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grant Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with the FIRE grant and other grant-funded programs, guaranteeing all obligations are met.
    • Monitor and maintain adherence to grant conditions, including timely and accurate reporting.
    • Ensure fidelity to the grant objectives and deliverables.
  • Data Management:
    • Develop and implement data management protocols to ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of program data.
    • Collect, analyze, and report data to support program evaluation and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with program staff to ensure data-driven improvements in service delivery.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to funders and stakeholders.
    • Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and meet the requirements of each grant.
    • Work closely with the external Grant Manager to align reporting with broader funding strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance data management practices and compliance processes.
    • Stay updated on best practices in data management and grant compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Management, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, compliance, or grant administration.
  • Strong understanding of grant compliance requirements, particularly for government and foundation grants.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bias for action.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and software (e.g., Excel, database management).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
  • Familiarity with program evaluation and data analysis techniques.
Travel

This position requires up to 25% travel between our Stamford, Danbury, and Bridgeport locations. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
