We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Trak Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and products adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze relevant regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards, to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Act as the primary liaison between Trak Group and regulatory agencies, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of any compliance-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies for programs such as TSCA, Toxic Release Inventory, and SARA Title III.
- Maintain all required documentation and training materials related to regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Regulatory Affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, RCRA, Homeland Security, EPA Risk Management Plan, and other applicable regulations.
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Certification in OSHA Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Operations Level or above is preferred.
