Key Responsibilities:

  • Running and assembling various performance reports
  • Fulfillment of marketing materials and uniform orders
  • Testing bug fixes and enhancements on the enrollment form applications
  • Documenting sales support operational processes and responsibilities
  • Managing enhancements for the sales enablement technology, including business requirement gathering, collaboration with third-party IT development teams, and user testing

Requirements:

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and focus to ensure a complete and accurate work product
  • Solid time management skills to ensure daily assignments are completed, as well as any unplanned or emergency assignments that emerge

Working Conditions: This position is based out of NRG's Philadelphia office and will be a hybrid position with 1-2 days in the office building and the remainder of the work week remote. The candidate must have reliable internet connectivity to be able to complete tasks remotely.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferred 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of work experience

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong skills in all Microsoft products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (SQL skills preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
