Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales revenue growth while nurturing distributor customer relationships within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through market research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Manager
- Submit quotation requests and manage revisions and renewals
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience as a Territory Manager
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
