Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales, growth, and profitability of the promoted reproductive health product line.
  • Call on healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision makers within a specific geographic territory.
  • Support promotional efforts and maintain a current level of knowledge on the product line.
  • Develop a strategic territory business plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to achieve sales results.
  • Identify and share insights for our promoted products, the competition, and customer feedback.
  • Manage a territory operating budget within target.
  • Operate within corporate code of conduct and compliance guidelines.
  • Document all field activities and ensure assigned employee training is completed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
  • 3+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales industry.
  • Documented sales results over time.
  • Trained healthcare providers on product usage.
  • Apply creative techniques to improve performance and company effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate solid clinical product knowledge and comprehension.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Implement programs, such as speaker programs and other activities.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • A valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Medical documentation and a documented health profile to comply with customer requirements.
  • Experience in Women's Health Specialty and educating or influencing targeted customers.
  • Experience with Buy and Bill process and reimbursement.
  • Working knowledge and relationships with main accounts in the assigned geographic footprint.
