About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Community Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and deepen relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide quality service to internal and external clients, processing transactions and balancing cash accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve basic service issues by maintaining a working knowledge of bank products and services, and referring complex requests to colleagues or departments.
  • Proactively contact clients to identify additional banking needs and strengthen client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client problem resolution, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • 2 years of experience in platform opening, servicing, and closing accounts, or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking experience.
  • Knowledge of platform and teller systems.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of deposit products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products.
