As a Fiduciary Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction on a limited number of accounts. You will collaborate with the service team and NT resources to deliver quality fiduciary service, resolve issues, and develop advisory relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate account management tasks, respond to partner and client service requests, and execute daily client activity.
  • Manage assigned account base of wealth management clients, working with clients and their advisors to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of NT resources and utilize fiduciary knowledge to identify opportunities for relationship enhancement.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, responsiveness, diplomacy, and tact in client service.
  • Apply fiduciary knowledge and judgment to fiduciary relationships, understanding and complying with internal policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of trust operations and accounting systems, general business knowledge, and developing knowledge of fiduciary standards and financial products and services.
  • Analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and sales skills to effectively service the client relationship.
  • Ability to explain complex information to others in a straightforward manner.
  • College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience with client relationships and wealth planning issues.
