POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support Specialist is a key member of the technical support team, responsible for managing daily operations and providing exceptional support services. This role involves delivering on-site hardware and software assistance to ensure seamless functionality of systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver field operations support to both internal and external clients, adhering to customer contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating on-site support with internal resolver teams and the Service Desk to maintain high levels of service and communication.
  • Conduct on-site repairs of malfunctioning equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and collaborating with the appropriate resolver groups for issue resolution.
  • Perform site assessments for new customer locations in preparation for the installation of new products and services, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Identify and escalate any observed issues to the relevant operational escalation points.
  • Execute preventive maintenance on equipment according to established schedules and manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide support for Windows 10 desktops, printers, audio/video displays, and kiosks.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in on-site support and repair of PCs, printers, LAN/WAN equipment, and audio/video displays.
  • Experience in providing on-site support in alignment with Service Level Agreements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the airport or airline industry is advantageous.
  • Availability to work day shifts, night shifts, and holidays.
