Position Overview
This role is pivotal in assisting the Deputy Director of Real Estate with the management of commercial leasing activities influenced by ongoing development projects. The agency currently oversees a significant portfolio of commercial leases, generating substantial annual revenue. As construction progresses, various commercial tenants may face adjustments to their leasing agreements, including relocations or lease terminations.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the negotiation and administration of master leases with residential property managers.
- Identifying and managing special events and film bookings to enhance revenue and recreational opportunities.
- Drafting lease and permit documents, ensuring compliance with lease conditions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have substantial experience in real estate management or appraisal. A valid driver's license is also required.
Desirable Experience:
At least a decade of experience in commercial real estate management and event planning is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders are essential.
