About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Credentialing Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Credentialing Coordinator in maintaining and tracking credentialing rosters, as well as coordinating the new provider application process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform administrative tasks related to credentialing, including data entry and record-keeping
  2. Collaborate with the Credentialing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of provider applications
  3. Communicate effectively with providers, clinics, and other stakeholders regarding credentialing status
  4. Travel to clinic sites as needed to collect and deliver documents
What We Offer
