Critical Care Nurse

The Critical Care Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing critical thinking skills to assess and manage complex patient needs. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on patient safety, quality care, and effective communication.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patient needs, utilizing critical thinking skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Critical Care and another specialty (e.g. Medsurg, Telemetry, IMC or Emergency).
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact required.
