Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop targeted interventions
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Current RN license in the state of employment or compact
Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or a related field
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
