\rSalary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission structure.
\rJob Description:
\rWe are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for engaging and acquiring new residential customers and closing sales opportunities through door-to-door sales.
\rYour primary goal will be to meet and exceed individual quotas by working effectively and efficiently in assigned turf areas. You will identify and target potential customers within designated towns/cities, communicate and develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and continuously maintain a detailed knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns in comparison with competition.

Sales and Account Management:
\r• Engage and acquire new residential customers through door-to-door sales
\r• Meet and exceed individual quotas by working effectively and efficiently in assigned turf areas
\r• Identify and target potential customers within designated towns/cities
\r• Communicate and develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
\r• Continuously maintain a detailed knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, and campaigns in comparison with competition
\r\rCustomer Service and Support:
\r• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential customers
\r• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
\r• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
\rTo succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You should also be able to work outside in any weather environment, have a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle. Local travel to prospecting locations in your own vehicle is required, with mileage allowance provided.
