Fayette County Drug & Alcohol Commission, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family counseling to adult, adolescent, and criminal justice clients in an outpatient setting. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement an individualized plan of treatment for clients participating in traditional outpatient services. You will also be responsible for assessing clients seeking drug and alcohol services and determining the most appropriate level of care. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Assess clients and determine the most appropriate level of care
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* At least 1 year of clinical experience in a health or human service agency
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of clinical experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
