About the Role

Clarvida - Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-21 who are confronted with serious, identified, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.

With the support and guidance of the Behavioral Consultant, you will aid in improving independent, age-appropriate functioning to levels which require less or no service intervention.

You will travel to the clients' home/school/service location daily, following the prescribed treatment plan and providing behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to the client.

Setting boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency upon your services, you will also provide support to parents and adult professionals.

By educating and training parents/young adults to utilize these skills, you will provide positive reinforcement and culturally aware and competent service provision.
