The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance shops, ensuring that they are adequately staffed and equipped with properly trained mechanics. They will also ensure that vehicle management systems are effectively utilized to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

This role is responsible for managing a team of maintenance managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their performance goals and adhere to company standards. The candidate will also play a key role in developing and implementing effective budgeting processes, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are optimized.
