Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including carrying out selected procedures and administering medications and treatments.
  • Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, carrying out tasks as assigned.
  • Provide basic medical care and health teaching to patients in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed or eligible for RN or LPN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • Or current Certification/Registration in Medical Assistance required.
  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing or Medical Assistant's program.
  • Professionalism in interpersonal communication skills with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians, and ancillary department personnel.
