Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As an LVN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as providing skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
